I’ve been doing this for 25 years as a CTO, founder, executive coach, and advisor. My experience spans fintech, email marketing, hotel reservations, infrastructure, and predictive analytics.

I work as a fractional CTO with Series A+ companies and $10M+ revenue businesses on technology strategy, architecture, team building, and AI adoption. Each engagement starts with a 2-day diagnostic to find the binding constraint, then continues as an ongoing engagement if the work warrants it.
